Lead and scale multi-channel outbound programs (Email, LinkedIn, and occasionally Calling) for clients, ensuring high-quality pipeline generation, strong strategic direction, and an exceptional client experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Build and lead strategic outbound growth plans for clients across Email, LinkedIn, and calling (when required)
- Act as the primary client-facing strategist for all outbound programs
- Own end-to-end campaign performance—including messaging, execution, optimization, and reporting
- Analyze performance data and make data-driven decisions to improve results
- Manage and resolve client escalations with clarity, maturity, and solution-focused communication
- Mentor and guide junior SDRs / Email Specialists to enhance quality, productivity, and campaign output
Preferred Requirements:
- Strategic thinking beyond basic task execution
- Strong messaging and positioning across industries and ICPs
- Performance optimization through data and analytics
- Ability to advise clients, handle objections, and manage expectations
- Clear, concise communication and leadership maturity
- 4+ years of B2B outbound experience (US/UK market preferred)
- Proven success running and leading outbound Email + LinkedIn demand generation programs
- Strong messaging capability (personalization, angles, ICP-relevant value propositions)
- Experience managing client calls, presenting strategy, and handling escalations
- Hands-on experience with outbound tools such as:
- Apollo, HubSpot, Instantly/Smartlead, Sales Navigator, Mailchimp, and other emailing tools
- Email deliverability & warmup platforms
- Ability to coach SDRs and improve campaign execution
- Client-facing
- Strategic leadership with hands-on execution guidance
- Expected to set direction, provide insights, and take ownership—rather than wait for instructions
