What We're Looking For
Our client, an innovative e-commerce brand specializing in protein bars, is seeking an Email Marketing Manager to execute and optimize their email marketing strategy. This role is essential for ensuring high deliverability, segmentation, and performance reporting, helping drive customer engagement and retention.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage email marketing workflows in Klaviyo, executing strategies developed by the Creative Lead.
• Analyze and optimize email deliverability, ensuring high inbox placement and engagement.
• Build and refine audience segmentation to maximize targeting effectiveness.
• Generate detailed reports on campaign performance, providing insights and data-driven recommendations.
• Continuously suggest improvements based on email performance data.

Requirements

• Extensive experience with Klaviyo.
• Strong background in email marketing, particularly in e-commerce.
• Expertise in data analysis, segmentation, and deliverability best practices.
• Proficiency in reporting tools and email performance tracking.
• Highly technical mindset with a passion for data and optimization.
• Ability to work in Eastern Time (ET) hours.
