Email Marketing Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Email Marketing Specialist to join our team and help us take our customer communication to the next level. If you're passionate about crafting high-performing email campaigns, enjoy working with data-driven strategies, and know how to engage users at every stage of the journey — this role is for you.

As part of our marketing team, you'll play a key role in driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention through email. You'll have the freedom to test new ideas, collaborate with creatives, and make a real impact on campaign performance.

Requirements

• 2+ years of working experience in email marketing, preferably within the gaming or gambling industry;
• Proficiency with email marketing platforms (Selzy, Mailchimp, SendGrid, Braze, HubSpot, etc);
• Strong knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and email personalization techniques;
• At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English;
• Knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, etc) for tracking performance metrics;
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with design, content, and technical teams;
• Creative mindset with attention to detail for crafting compelling email campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute email marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention;
• Manage email newsletters, including scheduling, A/B testing, and performance tracking;
• Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations;
• Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and content team to create compelling email content that aligns with the brand’s voice and visual identity;
• Improve email content to enhance user engagement and relevance;
• Leverage customer segmentation tools to target specific user groups based on behavior, preferences, and demographics;
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, etc.;
• Prepare regular reports for stakeholders to demonstrate the effectiveness of email marketing efforts;
• Highlight special events, tournaments, or personalized offers to maximize engagement;
• Ensure email campaigns comply with industry standards and anti-spam laws;
• Stay up-to-date on email marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, particularly in the gambling industry.
