Email Marketer - Klaviyo

We’re looking for a killer email marketer who owns the channel end-to-end in Klaviyo and treats email like a revenue engine.

Responsibilities:

• Full ownership of Klaviyo (campaigns, flows, segmentation, deliverability)
• Continuous A/B testing (subject lines, copy, offers, timing, segments)
• Monthly newsletters + promotional sends
• Coordination with internal team for launches, promos, and sales
• Deliverability monitoring and list health management
• Clear reporting on revenue, engagement, and performance

Requirements

• 3-5 years of working experience in email marketing.
• Proven experience driving revenue via email (not just engagement)
• Strong copy instincts + testing discipline
• Understands deliverability, warming, and list hygiene
• Self-directed and outcome-driven
