  • Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, segmentation, A/B testing, and analytics.
  • Ability to create engaging and persuasive copy for diverse audiences.
  • Experience with data analysis to measure campaign effectiveness and drive improvements.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
