We are seeking an Email and SMS Marketing Strategist to lead our engagement and retention efforts for online brands. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing email and SMS strategies aimed at consistently engaging, converting, and retaining customers. The role focuses purely on strategy, automation, and behavioral targeting—design tasks are managed by other teams.

Work with multiple design formats, such as .psd, .eps, .ai, and .svg, ensuring proper resolution and quality for both digital and print applications. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)

• Proficiency with platforms like Klaviyo, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, or similar tools for setting up and optimizing email/SMS workflows.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects effectively.
