Electrician Technical Assistant (Full-Time)

We are seeking motivated and experienced individuals to join our team as Full-Time Electrician Technical Assistants. This role is ideal for candidates with prior electrical experience who want to advance their skills through structured training, hands-on experience, and long-term career opportunities in a growing trade.

Training & Certification

• Opportunities throughout the state of Texas
• Paid, structured training provided
• Seven (7) weeks of virtual instruction, followed by one (1) week of in-person practical training
• Certification issued after successful completion of the training program
• Training begins at the end of April 2026
• Interviews will be conducted remotely

Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed electricians with electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs
• Apply foundational electrical knowledge while learning advanced systems and procedures
• Follow electrical codes, safety standards, and company policies
• Prepare job sites, organize tools and materials, and maintain a safe work environment
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members

Requirements

• Minimum 18 years of age
• Access to a personal computer and reliable internet for virtual training
• Valid United States driver’s license
• Authorization to work legally in the United States
• Willingness to undergo a background screening
• Willingness to complete a drug test
• Ability to attend all scheduled training sessions
