Electrician (Commercial/ Residential Experience)

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and reliable Electrician with proven experience in both commercial and residential environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems while ensuring all work meets applicable safety standards and electrical codes. This role requires strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, fixtures, and equipment in commercial and residential properties

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings

Perform electrical upgrades, panel changes, lighting installations, and power distribution work

Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues using appropriate testing equipment

Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes

Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance

Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other trades on job sites

Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used

Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment

Provide excellent customer service and communicate clearly with clients
