Our Partners, a leading industrial company with a strong presence in European and international markets, is seeking a passionate and experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join its dynamic team. Mission:

As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, your mission is to ensure the safe, efficient, and cost-effective operation of all electrical systems within the plant, while actively contributing to continuous improvement and production line optimization. You will be committed to upholding the highest standards of Health, Safety, and Environmental compliance, supporting sustainable energy practices, and driving automation initiatives that reduce downtime and increase overall equipment effectiveness. Through proactive maintenance strategies, cross-functional collaboration, and ongoing professional development, you will support the company's legacy of innovation and quality in the industry.

You will be responsible for:

• Identifying the sources of potential problems, proactively taking preventive measures to avoid any project risks as well as determining response actions to mitigate any negative impact. 

• Ensuring that the Health and Safety requirements are provided and that they comply with standards 45001 (Health & Safety), 50001 (Environment/Cost) and 14001 (Environment). 

•    Overseeing electrical maintenance costs to ensure they stay on budget. 

•    Contributing to production lines improvement through the design and development of automation systems as well as breakdown minimization. 

•    Overseeing performance to ensure on time, quality and on budget project execution. 

•    Collaborating with the industrial engineering department to achieve the agreed KPI’s, regarding the availability of production lines. 

•    Monitoring of electricity consumption per section and analysis of findings to stakeholders

•    Executing developments according to specified business needs. 

•    Participating into cost and schedule objectives of the projects. 

•    Staying current with the latest power electronics technologies and applying knowledge to power conversion.

•    Researching and identifying industry and market best practices and techniques to implement into projects. 

Requirements

Must Have

•   University Degree in Electrical Engineering (MEng)

•    At least 2 years’ experience in a relevant position. 

•    Fluency in English, both oral and written. 

•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office. 

•    Experience in industrial automation. 

Nice to Have

•    Experience in SAP. 

•    Familiarity with Lean 6 sigma Methodology.

Skills & Competences

•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 

•    Ability to work under pressure.
