As an Intern / Trainee, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

Additional responsibilities are to:

  • Assist with design & development of software applications;
  • Work with architects & product owners to decompose work into smaller software components;
  • Assist with estimation & planning of software delivery;
  • Help architects research & prove out design concepts;
  • Enable Cloud services in dev environments;
  • Perform coding, debugging, testing & troubleshooting throughout the app dev process, and participating in code reviews by receiving & providing feedback.

needs with a working understanding of the following example tools/areas:

  • Scripting languages & web-based development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, Reactnative, Angular);
  • Object-oriented programming languages (Java, C#);
  • Relational Databases (Postgres, MySQL, MSSQL, NoSQL), Data Modeling;
  • Basic architectural patterns;
  • Mapreduce understanding or related cloud native offerings (Spark,Hadoop,Kafka);
  • Software development life-cycle;
  • Agile;
  • AWS or Azure cloud-native development;
  • Infrastructure as code;
  • Continuous integration & continuous delivery (CI/CD); and,
  • Microservice design patterns & coding techniques.
