The Electrical Engineer is responsible for supporting electrical design review, execution monitoring, authority coordination, and compliance across development projects, ensuring quality, cost control, and timely delivery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review electrical designs including MV, LV, and Low Current systems.
• Coordinate with consultants and contractors to ensure technical compliance.
• Support liaison with utility authorities for load approvals and service connections.
• Review shop drawings, material submittals, and BOQs.
• Monitor contractor invoices, claims, and variation orders.
• Supervise site execution, testing, and commissioning activities.
• Assist in managing project budgets and cost control processes.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Building Code (SBC) and Civil Defense requirements.
• Support value engineering initiatives.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Professional certification (Saudi Council of Engineers) preferred.

Experience

• 6–10 years of experience in real estate or construction projects.
• Experience in commercial, residential, and villa developments preferred.

Knowledge

• Strong knowledge of MV, LV, and Low Current systems.
• Familiarity with Saudi Building Code (SBC) and Civil Defense requirements.
• Understanding of project budgeting and cost control principles.
