Key responsibilities:
- The role of the Sales Account Manager is to meet an annual sales budget and grow a customer base that offers profitable growth, as well as reinforcing the overall sales budget of GÜDEL-Mexico.
- Establishes a personal strategy to meet and support company goals. Identify and contact potential new customers and manage their individual needs.
- Will be responsible for carrying out duties across the Bajío territory (Guanajuato, Aguascalientes, San Luis Potosí, Querétaro, Estado de México, Puebla, Jalisco).
- Identify immediate and long-term business opportunities for the complete portfolio of Components, Robotics, Solutions, Parts and Services.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and presentations to support customer decision makers, with the goal of closing sales.
- Prepare and provide training to integrators for the correct selection of our products.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Technology, Mechatronics or related.
- Highly necessary that you reside in the state of Estado de México, Querétaro, Ciudad de México o San Luis Potosí.
- 4 years of related technical sales, heavy equipment and robust automation solutions sales, installation, or service experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience working in the automotive, metal‑mechanical, or logistics sectors is a must.
- Experience working with integrators is a must.
- Demonstrated experience in structured, value-based sales processes such as consultative selling.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing sales plans with long sales cycles.
- Strong relationship with customer contacts (engineering, purchasing, production and maintenance departments), supplier base, machine manufacturers and integrators.
- Ability to interpret technical instructions in mathematical or diagrammatic form and to deal with various abstract and concrete variables.
- High energy, self-motivated and driven by results. Willing to work as a team with all internal departments. Ability to transmit "The Voice of the Customer" in an assertive manner to improve the operations and performance of the company.
- Builder of relationships, both internal with the company and external with customers.
- Working with the highest degree of ethics and integrity, behaves with total transparency and generates trust.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office products.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Able to travel 25-50%.
