Provide environmental, health, safety, and security leadership for Suzhou plant operations, driving a strong EHS culture across the site.
Compliance & Governance
Lead and facilitate technical and administrative activities to ensure full compliance with EHS regulations and MESH (Management of Environmental, Safety, and Health) requirements.
Responsible Resource & Waste Management
Select and implement fiscally and socially responsible methods for managing natural resources and waste.
Risk Identification & Mitigation
Continuously identify, assess, and eliminate or reduce EHS risks, including security-related risks.
Environmental Footprint Reduction
Deploy and sustain initiatives to minimize the plant’s environmental footprint.
Government & Regulatory Engagement
Establish and maintain strong relationships with relevant government authorities, including managing voluntary certifications, maintaining environmental permits, submitting required reports, and ensuring data accuracy.
Training & Employee Engagement
Deliver timely EHS training and actively promote employee involvement in EHS programs and initiatives.
Incident Investigation & Corrective Action
Lead investigations into incidents, near misses, releases, and accidents; determine root causes; and develop or direct corrective action plans.
Emergency Response Preparedness
Develop and maintain emergency response plans to protect the environment, employees, and the community.
EHS Communication
Serve as the primary communicator of EHS messages, updates, and initiatives to employees and site leadership.
