EHS Manager

1        职业健康与安全管理 Occupational Health and Safety Management

1.1    制定和完善公司的EHS管理体系及相关政策，推动实施以确保合规与高效。

Develop and refine the company’s EHS management system and related policies, and drive implementation to ensure compliance and efficiency.

1.2    组织开展EHS风险辨识、评估和隐患排查，制定并跟进整改措施。

Organize EHS risk identification, assessment, and hazard inspections, and develop and follow up on corrective actions.

1.3    负责职业健康管理，包括职业病危害因素监测，个人防护用品的选型与发放，员工健康监护档案管理及急救设施维护。

Manage occupational health programs, including monitoring of occupational hazard factors, selection and distribution of personal protective equipment (PPE), maintenance of employee health surveillance records, and upkeep of first-aid facilities.

1.4    主导工伤事故及未遂事件的调查，运用根本原因分析制定纠正预防措施，并追踪闭环。

Lead investigations of work-related accidents and near-misses, apply root cause analysis to formulate corrective and preventive measures, and ensure closed-loop follow-up.

1.5    负责建设项目安全，环保，职业卫生设施的“三同时“工作；

Responsible for the “Three Simultaneities” (safety, environmental protection, occupational health facilities) in construction projects.

1.6    负责新建，改建，扩建项目的预评价，验收评价及政府备案工作，确保项目合法合规投产。

Handle pre‑assessment, acceptance assessment, and government filing for new, renovated, and expanded construction projects to ensure lawful and compliant project commissioning.

2     消防安全与应急响应 Fire Safety and Emergency Response

2.1    负责消防设施的日常检查，维护保养及年度检测，确保系统完好有效；

Oversee daily inspection, maintenance, and annual testing of fire protection systems to ensure proper functioning.

2.2    制定并更新《突发事件应急预案》，定期组织消防疏散演练及专项应急演练；

Develop and update the Emergency Response Plan and regularly organize fire evacuation drills and specialized emergency response exercises.

2.3    对接当地消防主管部门，负责迎检工作及隐患整改闭环；

Coordinate with local fire authorities, manage inspections, and ensure timely rectification of identified issues.

3     设备安全与工程项目管理Equipment Safety and Engineering Project Management

3.1    厂房搬迁与装修等管理，包括承包商资质审核，入场安全教育，作业许可审批，高风险作业（动火，登高，受限空间等）现场监护及验收；

Manage plant relocation and renovation projects, including contractor qualification review, on-site safety induction, work permit approval, on‑site supervision of high‑risk operations (hot work, work at height, confined space entry, etc.), and final acceptance.

3.2    负责生产设备的全生命周期的安全管理，参与新设备引进的安全评估及老旧设备的报废处理；

Oversee the full life‑cycle safety management of production equipment; participate in safety evaluations for new equipment and the disposal of obsolete equipment.

3.3    执行变更管理，确保工艺，设备或设施变更过程中的风险可控；

Implement management of change (MOC) processes to ensure risks are controlled during process, equipment, or facility changes.

4     培训与安全文化建设Training and Safety Culture Development

4.1    制定年度EHS培训计划，组织实施入职三级教育，全员年度再培训，专项技能（消防，危化品，特种作业等）培训；

Develop the annual EHS training plan and organize new employee three‑level safety training, annual refresher training for all employees, and specialized training (fire safety, hazardous chemicals, special operations, etc.).

4.2    策划并开展“安全生产月”，“消防日”等安全文化活动，提升全体员工安全意识；

Plan and conduct safety culture activities such as “Safety Production Month” and “Fire Safety Day” to enhance employees’ safety awareness.

4.3    对培训效果进行评估与统计，确保培训覆盖率100%且有效。

Evaluate and analyze training effectiveness to ensure 100% training coverage and effectiveness.

4.4    监督生产现场5S、EHS、节能减排等工作的执行，持续推动改进。

Supervise the implementation of 5S, EHS requirements, and energy-saving and emission‑reduction initiatives in production areas, driving continuous improvement.

5     数据分析与绩效管理Data Analysis and Performance Management

5.1    建立EHS数据统计模型，定期收集并分析关键指标（如：事故率，隐患整改率，培训完成率，巡检合格率等）；

Establish EHS data models and regularly collect and analyze key indicators (e.g., incident rate, hazard rectification rate, training completion rate, inspection pass rate).

5.2    编制月度/季度/年度EHS报告，通过数据趋势识别管理短板，向管理层提出改进建议；

Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual EHS reports, identify management gaps through trend analysis, and provide improvement recommendations to management.

5.3    负责向政府监管部门及集团总部报送各类统计报表，确保数据准确及时；

Submit required statistical reports to government regulatory authorities and corporate headquarters, ensuring accurate and timely data.

6     外部联络与合规性 External Coordination and Compliance

6.1    实时跟踪并解读国家及地方EHS法律法规，确保公司合规运营；

Track and interpret national and local EHS laws and regulations in real time to ensure compliant company operations.

6.2    作为主要对接人，接待环保局，应急管理局，卫健委，消防局政府部门的检查与审核；

Serve as the primary contact for inspections and audits conducted by government agencies such as the Environmental Protection Bureau, Emergency Management Bureau, Health Commission, and Fire Department.

7     完成上级交办的其他相关任务。

Complete other related tasks assigned by superiors.

Requirements

Professional Background

l  本科及以上学历，环境或安全工程等相关专业优先。

Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Environmental/Safety Engineering or related fields.

l  具备3年以上EHS管理经验，有制造业或汽车行业背景更佳。

3+ years EHS management experience; manufacturing or automotive industry preferred.

l  熟悉国家和地方EHS法规，拥有体系建设与审核经验。

Familiar with national/local EHS laws, experienced in system establishment and audit.

l  沟通、组织协调能力强，责任心和抗压能力突出。

Strong communication and organizational skills, responsibility and resilient.

l  英语读写良好，会用MS Office办公软件。

Good English reading/writing, proficient in MS Office.

l  持有相关EHS证书者优先（如注册安全工程师）

EHS certifications (e.g. Certified Safety Engineer) are a plus.
