Responsible for developing and managing global EHS audit programs, ensuring regulatory compliance and integrating EHS management solutions across the organization.
The EHS team supports the global CoreWeave enterprise by developing and integrating EHS management solutions into our operations, in line with our Global Policy. Team actively supports and responds to the company's needs in a fast-moving environment.
The EHS Global Audit Manager is responsible for developing and managing global EHS audit programs. You will develop and manage specific audit protocols and tools/forms in support of CoreWeave's global assurance program. Audit Programs will include, but are not limited to: EHS regulatory compliance, Internal CoreWeave management system compliance, EHS data quality assurance associated with internal EHS management systems, ISO audit management, and EHS Due Diligence supporting mergers and acquisitions.
You will work collaboratively across multiple stakeholders, including EHS colleagues, Data Center Management, Security, Engineering, Data Center Construction, Office Management, and Business Development.
The ideal candidate has a strong technical background across all areas of EHS and management systems, as well as international EHS program experience. Ability to learn and master an understanding of diverse business operations. A proven track record of building alignment on EHS approach to establish programs and management systems that can be implemented across multiple regulatory regions, while being able to clearly communicate regulatory requirements and business value.
Key relationships
The EHS Audit Manager operates in a matrixed organization where alignment and collaboration are key to stakeholder relationships. You will build strong relationships at all levels of operations with peers, Regional Leaders, and the Extended Leadership Teams, across EHS, Operations, Development, and Office management. You will be a key partner with EHS-IT, the EHS cross-functional team, and operational knowledge management.

The base salary range for this role is $122,000 to $165,000. The starting salary will be determined by job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and the market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).
