The Education Coordinator will manage the student and faculty education accounts, onboarding, sales support, and operations for universities and educational partners.  A day in the life of our Education Coordinator:

• Provide support for account acquisition and sales for the Education Lab license

• Manage Educator Center account enrollment, onboarding for paid and free accounts

• Oversee the new student license verification program and student license distribution • Support Embedded Systems Course enrollment and access through Thought Industries (LMS).

 • Support faculty with A365 classroom workspace management and student enrollment

• Manage customer support queries and concerns raised as per predefined SLAs across programs/ projects.

• 3-5 years of Sales operations experience

• Professional communication in English

 • Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Attention to detail and numbers-oriented

• Ability to manage their workload with minimal oversight

• Proficient in SalesForce, DOMO, MS Word, PowerPoint, Google Docs, and Lucid Charts

• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus

 • Experience with Education Sales and Partnerships is a plus.

 • Additional foreign language skills (German, Italian, French, other Asian languages) are a plus.
