Key Responsibilities

• Oversee specifications, quality control, and vendor management.
• Supports reporting for literature distribution, ensures content governance and compliance.
• Coordinate updates and version control in systems like Seismic or T.M. Storefront.
• Workflow coordination between creative, compliance, and production teams.
• Maintain metadata and taxonomy for literature assets.
• Documents and reviews workflows to identify potential opportunities for process streamlining.

Must-have Skills

• T.M. Storefront / Toppan Merril
• Understanding paper types, color profiles, and finishing options.
• Demonstrates ability to lead and manage projects across multiple teams or groups.
• Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of digital and/or traditional printing techniques and processes, and ability to apply them to work assignments.

Nice-to-have:

• AI Tooling Proficiency: Leverage one or more AI tools to optimize and augment day-to-day work, including drafting, analysis, research, or process automation
