About the Role 

b:electronic is looking for an Editorial & Marketing Partnerships & Growth Manager to drive visibility, momentum, and long-term growth for our key dance & electronic roster. 

You will combine central DSP editorial management with lifecycle growth (re-pitching) to maximise visibility, momentum, and revenue for b:electronic’s priority Dance & Electronic releases. This role builds data‑led campaign strategies, leads (re)pitching, and orchestrates aligned execution across local markets while feeding actionable insight back to stakeholders and clients. 

Working within a team of electronic music experts, you’ll be key to building and executing international release campaigns.  

Key Responsibilities 

DSP Editorial & Partnerships 

  • Own day-to-day relationships with global editorial leads at Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon, YouTube, Deezer, Beatport etc. 

  • Lead central pitching for priority releases, producing compelling, data-driven pitches. 

  • Collaborate with local EMP teams to execute international campaigns. 

  • Stay ahead of platform updates and transform them into actionable strategies. 

  • Maintain best in class DSP relations.  

Re-pitching & Lifecycle Growth 

  • Identify opportunities from market and trend data; working with labels to identify growing releases. 

  • Co-ordinate and drive campaigns across markets, whether frontline or catalogue. 

Global Campaign Strategy & Execution 

  • Develop global release and growth strategies that deliver consistent positioning and momentum. 

  • Align central and local teams on timelines, messaging, and execution. 

  • Advise artists and labels on best practice across various markets. 

  • Provide strategic guidance to artists, labels, and internal teams to meet commercial goals. 

Data, Reporting & Insight 

  • Use data and analytics to track performance, define KPIs, and uncover new opportunities. 

  • Produce campaign readouts and actionable insights for teams and clients. 

  • Build and share best-practice playbooks across the organisation. 

Commercial & Team Enablement 

  • Support new business and client renewals with editorial expertise. 

  • Train internal teams on pitching, lifecycle planning, and DSP best practice. 

     

  • Proven experience in DSP relations, editorial strategy, audience development and artist/label management within electronic music. 

  • Deep understanding of the electronic music ecosystem and its global community. 

  • Proven network of DSP and industry contacts in the electronic space. 

  • Highly organised, process-driven, and confident managing multiple international priorities. 

  • Data-literate with strong analytical and storytelling skills. 

  • Excellent communicator - credible, calm, and persuasive in high-stakes conversations. 

  • Great knowledge of the electronic music scene in multiple markets 

  • Passionate about digital growth, platform dynamics, and audience development.
