Required Skills
- Evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.
- Defect management and issue management skills, Its simple portal to download the defects and assign it and work on defects.
- Develop BRD.
- Hands on experience with full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Comprehensive and detailed quality analysis
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrates strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Sound analytically skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into Requirements and Functional Specifications.
- Build and maintain testing record on the portal
- Work on multiple issue testing as assigned.
- Perform step by step documentation.
- Coordinate testing with test lead and management team.
- Continuously learns and applies best practices for QA and testing.
- Provides reasonable task and project cost/effort estimates.
- Ensures quality delivery of software into production.
- Tests applications based on business requirements and industry best practices.
- Adheres to documented departmental and corporate standards.
- Assists as needed to perform other related duties and special projects as required.
- Accepts other duties as assigned.
- No specific tool knowledge required, just strong manual testing.
Bachelors Degree.
Must be able to work immediately.
