業務内容：
Ecosystem Consultantとして、パートナー企業（主に大手コンサルティングファームやSIer）およびその先のエンドクライアントと密接に連携し、デジタル変革（DX）を促進するための専門的なアドバイザリーサービスを提供します。 アジャイルなプロジェクトチームの一員として、パートナーによる「Celonis Process Intelligence Graph」の活用・定着を加速させることが求められます。 SQLや複雑なデータモデルを駆使したデータ変換・分析を行い、ファイナンス、サプライチェーン、生産管理など多岐にわたる業務プロセスから、データドリブンなインサイトと高付加価値なユースケースを創出します。 世界有数のコンサルティングファームに対する「アンバサダー」として、パートナーと共にイノベーションの最前線に立ち、業界におけるCelonisのリーダーシップを確立してください。

戦略的パートナーシップの推進

• グローバルなクロスファンクションチームと連携し、パートナーとのエンゲージメント戦略およびスケーリング（拡大）手法を策定・実行する。
• パートナーのテクノロジーロードマップやサービスと、Celonisの技術を整合させ、新しい共同ソリューション（Joint Solution）の市場投入を支援する。
• Cレベルを含むあらゆる階層のステークホルダーと積極的に関与し、ビジネスコンテキストにおけるCelonisの価値を啓蒙（エバンジェライズ）する。

プロジェクト支援と技術的アドバイザリー

• 大手パートナーとの共同プロジェクトをエンドツーエンドでリード・助言する。
• プロジェクトの重要フェーズにおいて、戦略的ユースケースの特定、分析モデルの構築、プロセス改善の提案などを「オンザジョブ」で支援し、エンドクライアントへの価値提供をサポートする。
• パートナーがCelonisの最新機能（Business Miner, OCPM, Process Sphere, Machine Learning等）を最大限に活用できるよう、技術的なエネーブルメントを行う。

ソリューション開発・イノベーション

• 共同ソリューション、プラットフォームの革新、パートナー向けアプリ（Partner Apps）を共同開発し、エコシステム内でのスケーラブルな採用を促進する。
• 社内外に価値をもたらす独自のクリエイティブなソリューションを実装し、製品開発チームへフィードバックを行う。
• 戦略的なライトハウス案件（先進的な事例作り）において、プリセールス支援やコーチングを提供する。

募集要項：

【必須スキル・経験】

• データ分析・技術スキル:
• SQLを用いた実務経験（2年以上）。
• Python, R, MATLAB等のプログラミング言語スキルがあれば尚可。
• ビッグデータ、データマイニング、プロセスマイニングへの強い関心または実務経験。
• プロジェクトマネジメント経験:
• エンタープライズ・ソフトウェアの導入におけるクライアント対面でのプロジェクト管理経験。
• 複数のプロジェクトを並行して管理し、計画策定、リスク管理、課題解決を主導した経験。
• 業務プロセス知識:
• サプライチェーン、金融サービス、ITサービスマネジメント等の業務プロセスに関する深い理解。
• 語学力:
• 日本語ネイティブレベル
• 英語: ビジネスレベルのコミュニケーション能力（グローバルチームとの連携およびドキュメント読解のため）。
• コミュニケーション能力:
• 複雑な技術的概念を、技術者からCレベル（経営層）まで、相手に合わせて分かりやすく説明・プレゼンテーションできる能力。

• 大手コンサルティングファーム・SIerでの経験:
• Accenture, IBM, SAP, デロイト, PwCなどのグローバル・サービス・インテグレーター（GSI）での勤務経験、またはこれら企業との協業経験があれば大きなプラスとなります。
• ビジネスアキュメン:
• クライアントのニーズを理解し、バリュードライバーを特定し、戦略的な推奨事項を提示できるビジネスセンス。

The Team:
The Celonis Ecosystem team is dedicated to supporting our partnerships, playing a pivotal role in our company's growth strategy. Our objective is to position the Celonis platform in the hands of every consultant, and the Ecosystem team, specifically the Partner Acceleration team, is instrumental in driving partnership activation. This involves strategically embedding Celonis into the offerings of our partners on a large scale.
Our overarching mission is to influence Celonis' growth trajectory by fostering self-sufficiency among our partners. We aim to cultivate advocates for the Celonis platform within our partner network, enabling them to deliver substantial value to our shared customers and contribute to the exponential scaling of Celonis.

The Role:
As an Ecosystem Solution Manager, you will work closely with our partners and their end-customers, providing expert advisory services to facilitate digital transformation and expand Celonis' global reach. You will be an integral member of our agile project teams, accelerating our partners' adoption of Celonis Process Intelligence Graph. Your role involves understanding the strategic priorities of our partners' clients, performing data transformations, conducting analyses, and developing data-driven process insights using SQL and complex data models to maximize value.
You will gain expertise in various business processes, including Finance, OrderManagement, Procurement, Warehouse Management, Customer Service, Production,e-Commerce, Opportunity Management, and Supply Chain Management. Continually leveraging the latest features and functionalities, such as Business Miner, OCPM,Process Sphere, and Machine Learning, you will generate high-value use cases and ensure our partners and their customers stay at the forefront of innovation. As an ambassador to the most prestigious consulting firms in the world, you will drive Celonis’ international expansion and solidify our leadership in the industry.

• Strategically shape the way we engage and scale with partners in a highly cross-functional global team
• Lead and advise engagements together with our largest partners end-to-end 
• Advise partners on the job in critical phases of the project: help them identify strategic use cases, build analyses, and generate process improvements and business value for their end customers
• Enable our partners to employ the most advanced product features of the Celonis Process Intelligence Graph
• Leave your mark on the product or solution, and implement your own creative/innovative solution to drive value internally and externally
• Co-develop joint solution offerings, platform innovations, and partner apps to enable scalable adoption within the partner ecosystem
• Align partners’ technology roadmaps and services with Celonis’ technology and ensure the partner is ready to bring new solutions to the market
•  Actively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization (including the C-Level)
• Provide pre-sales support and coaching for joint strategic lighthouse opportunities
• Evangelize the Celonis platform across the ecosystem in the business context.

The qualifications you need:

• You intrinsically possess a high level of vision and dedication. Your excellent analytical skills in concert with the ability to interpret business processes and stakeholder management enable you to consult partners and customers in jointly generating business value.
• Client-facing Project Management experience in enterprise software implementations, managing multiple projects concurrently
• Extensive experience in project management disciplines, including documenting and maintaining project plans, risk/issue/action logs, and driving problem resolution in partnership with partners, customers, and executives
• In-depth business process understanding, such as supply chain, financial services, IT service management
• Prior experience in working with or at some of the world's largest global service integrators, such as Accenture, IBM, or SAP is a big plus
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in SQL and other programming languages (e.g., Python, R, or MATLAB).
• Excellent analytical skills as well as a strong interest or experience in Big Data, Data Mining, and Process Mining. Strong relationship-building and communication skills with the ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy-to-understand, persona-oriented manner from technical experts through the C-suite.
• Native Japanese and strong communication in English
• Excellent analytical skills, well organised, and known for being a quick learner
• Business acumen is a strong plus, supporting the ability to understand client needs, identify value drivers, and deliver strategic, impact-driven recommendations
