eCommerce Production & Campaign Coordinator (12-month FTC) | 📍London – Hybrid (2 days in the office) | 💰Competitive Salary + Benefits
About the Role
We’re looking for an eCommerce Production & Campaign Coordinator to join us on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract, helping bring our trading plans to life across our websites.
This role plays a key part in shaping the end-to-end customer journey, from inspiration through to purchase, by delivering engaging onsite content that educates, inspires and converts.
You’ll work closely with Trading, Marketing, Product, UX and Creative teams to deliver trade-led campaigns, optimise landing pages and ensure our websites are always performing at their best. Using data and insight, you’ll help drive profitable growth through continuous improvement and conversion rate optimisation.
Key Responsibilities
Support day-to-day website content implementation using Contentful, aligned to trading plans and priorities
Deliver trade-led campaigns across our websites, managing timelines, briefing creatives and tracking performance
Own the end-to-end homepage process, from briefing imagery and copy through to executing onsite updates
Ensure a consistent trading narrative across all onsite touchpoints to drive engagement and conversion
Work closely with Product and UX teams to roll out new features and improve the customer journey
Contribute to A/B testing ideation to continuously improve customer understanding and onsite performance
Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy, accessibility, consistency and brand alignment
Update promotional pages in line with the trading calendar to support key commercial moments
Collaborate with Operations, Customer Service and Legal teams to maintain key pages such as FAQs and terms and conditions
Lead the setup and maintenance of non-category specific PLPs, supporting category updates where needed
Support daily site audits to ensure content, links and assets are accurate and compliant
Work with senior stakeholders to optimise navigation and search functionality, staying ahead of customer and market trends
Monitor competitor activity to identify new ideas and opportunities to improve engagement and conversion
Campaign Planning & Execution
Support planning for key calendar campaigns, gathering cross-functional requirements and building delivery plans
Own campaign briefings with Design and Copy, ensuring all content is ready to go live in line with the trading calendar
Create preview versions and wireframes of campaign updates and manage stakeholder feedback
Build and maintain documentation covering campaign execution, learnings and performance outcomes
Partner with Design and SEO to ensure onsite content is optimised for search relevance and visibility
Reporting & Insights
Use Adobe Analytics to track KPIs such as conversion rate, click-through rate and scroll depth
Identify performance opportunities and support optimisation of existing and upcoming content
Provide regular updates on performance across homepages and key campaigns on both websites
About You
You have experience in eCommerce operations, content production or campaign delivery
You’re commercially minded and understand how digital activity drives revenue
You’re confident using data and reporting tools to inform decisions
You’re organised, detail-focused and comfortable managing multiple priorities
You enjoy working cross-functionally and building strong working relationships
You’re proactive, take ownership and enjoy finding better ways of doing things
Interview Process
