eCommerce Performance Executive - (Target Roundel, Citrus, Criteo)
ZURU Group is accelerating its eCommerce capabilities to ensure brands maximize growth via retail media. We are seeking a highly skilled eCommerce Digital Executive responsible for driving cutting-edge retail media strategies and execution across Target's ad platform and its third-party tools.
How You Will Make An Impact
Your primary focus will be to maximize the efficiency and scale of paid media spend for our brands at Target, leveraging first-party data and advanced campaign structures.
📌Retail Media Strategy & Execution: Own and drive the end-to-end retail media strategy across the Target Roundel ecosystem, utilizing the native Roundel Media Studio (RMS) self-service platform alongside partners like Citrus Ad and Criteo.
📌Omnichannel Activation: Design and execute holistic campaigns leveraging Roundel's powerful first-party data across all touchpoints, including Target Product Ads (TPA) on-site, Programmatic by Roundel off-site display.
📌Performance and Incrementality: Relentlessly focus on high-impact KPIs, including maximizing Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and driving New-to-Brand (NTB) growth.
📌Testing and Optimization: Lead a rigorous test-and-learn agenda, including A/B testing of creative (e.g., product-only images vs. lifestyle) and platform mix to continuously refine the efficacy of media spend.
📌Reporting & Insights: Deliver best-in-class, closed-loop reporting that connects ad exposure to final purchase (online and in-store). Translate complex data from multiple sources (Roundel, Citrus, Criteo) into clear, actionable spend recommendations for cross-functional teams.
Skills & Experience Required
📌Platform Expertise: 3+ years of direct, hands-on experience planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns across the Target Roundel ecosystem, specifically including Target Product Ads (TPA) and Programmatic by Roundel.
📌Retail Media Tech Fluency: Demonstrated proficiency in managing campaigns via the native Roundel Media Studio (RMS), as well as third-party retail media tools like Citrus Ad and Criteo.
📌Advanced Data & Analytics: Deep understanding of retail media KPIs such as ROAS, Basket Size, New-to-Brand (NTB), and familiarity with incrementality measurement methodologies.
📌Omnichannel Acumen: Proven ability to strategize and measure media effectiveness across both on-site and off-site/in-store digital media.
📌Analytical mindset with a proven ability to deliver consistently positive ROI and meet specific CPO/ROAS targets.
📌Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to articulate complex media performance to non-media audiences.
📌Toy and FMCG industry experience preferred
