eCommerce Performance Executive (Amazon Focus)

As our eCommerce Performance Executive, you won't just run campaigns—you will be the dedicated revenue-driver and optimization specialist for our massive portfolio of brands, with a primary focus on our key partner, Amazon.
You will translate our global commercial and marketing objectives into high-performance paid media campaigns, ensuring we capture our fair share of eCommerce sales. Success in this role is measured by your ability to drive consistently positive Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), maximize customer acquisition, and accelerate global market share growth across the ZURU Group portfolio.

Your work will directly drive the success of ZURU’s brands. You will be expected to achieve the following:
📌Maximize ROI & Efficiency: Deliver a consistently positive ROI and year-on-year improvement in ROAS for all assigned brands and campaigns.
📌Accelerate Sales Growth: Execute world-class eCommerce campaigns across Amazon and other global platforms if required to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
📌Pioneer Testing & Innovation: Lead and develop the process for implementing new paid and organic testing strategies to drive actionable insights and lessons that can be cross-pollinated across all eCommerce and marketing teams.
📌Deliver Actionable Intelligence: Oversee and enhance campaign reporting, transforming raw data into best-in-class, actionable insights and clear spend recommendations for global commercial stakeholders.
What You’ll Be Responsible For: Key Duties
✔Plan and Execute: Build and manage highly optimised global campaigns across Amazon and other key eCommerce platforms, ensuring efficient and effective planning, targeting, and execution.
✔Tool Utilization: Proactively utilize existing performance marketing tools for automation, insights, and measurement, ensuring maximum value is derived from all platform investments.
✔Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal marketing, creative, and commercial teams, as well as external media partners, to ensure cohesive campaign execution and brand alignment.
✔Global Management: Manage multiple platforms and brands across multiple international markets and time zones.
✔Data-Driven Decision Making: Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
✔Testing Agenda: Implement a rigorous A/B testing agenda for ad copy, creative assets, and landing page experience (CRO) to continuously improve campaign performance.
✔Reporting Excellence: Generate and present weekly and monthly performance reports for eCommerce and DSP campaigns, clearly communicating insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
✔Market Intelligence: Monitor competitive strategies, market trends, and consumer behaviour to identify new growth opportunities.
What You’ll Bring: Qualifications & Expertise
Required Must-Haves
📌Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience running high-budget campaigns specifically on Amazon and Amazon DSP.
📌Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, eCommerce, or a related field.
📌Performance Expertise: Proven track record of directly delivering and optimising campaigns for a consistently positive ROI.
📌Stakeholder Management: Excellent ability to communicate performance, strategy, and risk to global, cross-functional stakeholders.
📌Analytical Skills: Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC), Helium 10, or similar platforms to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
Preferred Nice-to-Haves
✔Industry Knowledge: Experience within the Toy, Kids, or Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industries is a plus.
✔Platform Diversity: Experience with other retail media networks (e.g., Walmart Connect, Target Roundel) or other ad platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
✔Global Acumen: Prior experience handling multiple products and campaigns across various international time zones.
