The company is looking for a detail-oriented advertising specialist to join its exciting and fast-paced Marketing Team. Ideal candidates have first-hand experience managing ads on Google AdWords, and Amazon Advertising/DSP, and familiarity with running ads on Walmart and Target. They will also be effective communicators with an affinity for client advocacy and experience working with large data sets to drive sales growth and solve complex business issues.

The specialist will work closely with management to execute advertising/bidding strategies, provide performance reporting and analysis, as well as identify opportunities to improve profitability and drive additional incremental growth.

The ads/search specialist will also attend internal business meetings to contribute to strategic discussions regarding sales growth, and provide updates on demand planning, forecasting, promotions, and reporting. The goal is to become integrated with the team and to earn trust through consistency, dedication, and resourcefulness.

Schedule & Availability

  • Must be willing to work EST hours as most of the team is on the east coast, USA.
  • M-F 8:00AM - 6:00PM EST
  • Must be available through Whatsapp for calls and text messages as needed, in addition to Slack, email, etc.

Role Details

The company is looking for this role to be long-term. Candidates will be tested with exams across written communication, forecasting, and trustworthiness. Success in this role long-term would lead to bonuses and potential conversion to a full-time employee with benefits.

Candidate Requirements

Candidates MUST:

  • Have experience on Google AdWords OR Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central for at least 2+ years
  • Have a reference that can be called
  • Work at this role full-time, meaning no other jobs during their employ
