We are seeking an experienced and results-driven eCommerce Operations Manager to oversee the operational aspects of our ecommerce channel. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient order fulfillment, optimize logistics, and enhance operational processes to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
This is an in-office role, Monday-Friday, in Miami, FL.
Essential Tasks and Responsibilities:
Operations Management: Oversee daily eCommerce operations, including order processing, fulfillment, and shipping.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Experience: 5-7 years of experience in operations & delivery carrier management, preferably in eCommerce or retail logistics.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in operations management software and tools.
- Experience with order management systems and warehouse management systems.
- Strong understanding of supply chain and logistics processes.
Soft Skills:
- Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
