POSITION OVERVIEW
The Program Operations Manager plays an essential role in overseeing the operations of the high school component of the SEO Scholars program. The Program Operations Manager ensures the seamless execution of programming, including in-person Saturday and summer sessions, preparing meticulous in advance and problem-solving for virtual and in-person program components. This person draws on their organizational and project-planning skillset to ensure the effective implementation of operational processes across grade-level cohorts, directly impacting the scholar experience of the SEO Scholars program. The position is also responsible for advancing the effectiveness of operational systems and processes across the program, including short- and long-term strategy for scaling systems as we grow.
