Requirements
What you’ll actually be doing:
Owning the customer journey from first click to repeat purchase and making every step convert better
Digging into data to spot leaks in the funnel and fixing them fast
Running A/B tests across site, email, landing pages, and promotions to drive uplift
Optimising conversion rates across product pages, checkout, and key flows
Working closely with marketing, supply and tech to implement growth ideas
Analysing campaign and onsite performance to identify quick wins and long-term opportunities
Leading CRM and lifecycle marketing initiatives, pulling in the right people and driving things through to the finish line
Turning insights into action, not just reports that sit in a folder
Staying on top of ecommerce trends, tools, and growth tactics that actually move the needle
What we need from you:
A degree/diploma in marketing, business, or similar
2 to 4 years experience in ecommerce, growth, or digital marketing
Strong analytical mindset, you're comfortable working with data and drawing insights
Experience with tools like Google Analytics, CRM platforms, A/B testing tools
A problem-solving brain that doesn't stop at "this isn't working"
Strong attention to detail and ability to execute quickly
