Spreetail is looking for an Ecommerce Business Development Manager that will support our Business Development team in prospecting, pitching business plans and setting up meetings with vendors. We are looking for an individual who has experience in business development, process management and negotiation.
How you will achieve success:
- Helps in building vendor onboarding plan and executing the plan. Owns prospecting, vendor pipeline and onboarding until the first order is placed; Identify, prospect, and recruit new vendors for Spreetail by outreaching and scheduling meetings with vendors
- Helps with the analysis of the potential revenue and profitability of new vendors
- Develops the pitch materials that clearly define the benefits of a partnership with Spreetail, making sure each pitch is suited to the unique needs of that vendor
- Meets with vendor partners along with other Business Development Managers to assist in delivering the "pitch" and then leads the continued follow-up
- Helps in onboarding new vendors getting them through the entire set up period and then smoothly transitions the vendor to a vendor manager
What experiences will help you in this role:
- 3+ years of business development experience - prospecting, pitching business plans, leading strategic meetings
- Experience in process management
- Extensive negotiation experience
- Strong public speaking abilities
This is a remote position and requires candidates to have an available work-from-home setup
Desktop/Laptop system requirements:
- 4th generation or higher, at least Intel i3 or equivalent processor;
- at least 4GB RAM;
- Windows 10 and above or MAC OSX operating system
- You are required to provide your own dual monitors
A strong and stable internet connection (A DSL, cable or fiber wired internet service with 10 Mbps plan or higher for primary connection)
PC Headset
