ECM VP/Director

Top Chinese Securities firm.

Job responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Equity Capital Markets (ECM) team to achieve strategic objectives and financial targets.
- Develop and implement ECM strategies to enhance market presence and client engagement.
- Oversee the execution of equity offerings, including IPOs, follow-on offerings, and private placements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, investors, and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of transactions and client satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and regulatory changes to identify new business opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Prepare and present reports to senior management on ECM activities and performance.

Job requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in equity capital markets or investment banking.
- Proven track record of successful ECM transactions and client relationship management.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, securities regulations, and industry trends.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English is required.
