Ebay Account Strategist for US-based company (Remote)

Paired is a worldwide staffing and recruitment agency that focuses on remote job opportunities. We connect skilled professionals with leading companies around the world. We are currently looking for an experienced eBay Account Strategist to become part of our client's team.

In the role of eBay Account Strategist, you will be essential in guiding and enhancing eBay accounts for our clients. Your responsibilities will include analyzing account performance, driving sales growth, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.

Responsibilities :

Client Communication: Engage in regular communication with English-speaking clients to understand their requirements, provide updates, and ensure their satisfaction. This will involve proactive outreach via phone, applications, and/or email.

Data Review and Decision Making: Analyze account data to identify issues, propose solutions, and present your findings to clients and/or the offshore team.

Stakeholder Coordination: Maintain daily communication with stakeholders, the leadership team, clients (as necessary), and employees to ensure smooth operations and progress on projects.

Task and Deadline Management: Establish and oversee tasks and deadlines for the team to guarantee timely delivery of work.

Meeting Coordination: Organize and attend meetings as required.

Documentation Review: Gather and review documents, ensuring they are properly filed.

Confidentiality: Uphold the confidentiality of each client by adhering to all company procedures regarding information handling.

Requirements

• Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Basic knowledge of e-commerce, preferably with experience or familiarity in eBay Dropshipping.
• Proficient in Google Sheets and WhatsApp is essential.
• Familiar with the MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience with platforms such as Monday.com and Discord is highly desirable.
• Prior experience with Auto DS and Zik Analytics is required.
• Capable of prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively to meet deadlines.
• Must have a reliable internet connection and a functioning computer.
• Available to work and participate in meetings within PST or CST time zones.
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
• Experience working with multiple clients simultaneously, honing the ability to prioritize and manage various tasks and clients.
