What Will You Do?

Provide Personalized Support: Deliver one-on-one, developmentally tailored interventions, education, and coaching in home or community settings.
Empower Families: Implement family-centered, play-based programs designed to foster meaningful relationships and skill development.
Help Children Thrive: Assist children in achieving their IFSP goals through engaging learning experiences.
Collaborate & Communicate: Maintain clear, compassionate communication with team members and families.
Travel & Grow: Drive between sites, attend staff meetings, and participate in ongoing training to sharpen your skills.

Who Are We Looking For?

Are you passionate about helping children and their families? Do you have a zest for fun and play? If you have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in psychology, child development, or related field, OR 2+ years of experience as an Early Interventionist
  • At least 6 months of hands-on experience working with children with autism or developmental delays
  • Availability Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:30PM
  • A valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
  • The ability to communicate effectively and work independently
