The salary for this role is £39,610 (inclusive of a Specialist Allowance). Onsite working is expected for 3 days a week, however, we actively support requests for flexible working.
This role can be based at any of the following sites: Culham, Oxfordshire
This role requires employees to complete an online Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) / be eligible for SC Clearance (must have resided in the UK for the last 5 years) [delete as appropriate], including The Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) checks for criminal convictions and possibly a search of open source data.

As Early Careers Talent Acquisition Lead, you will play a pivotal role to be responsible for liaising with the Early Careers development team to support early career events to include career fairs and assessment days ensuring a positive experience for candidates as well as an effective recruitment tool for
the managers. Working with the Talent Resourcing Team this role will see the process through to offer stage - selling the benefits of the organisation and responding to queries. The Early Careers Talent Resourcing Advisor will help facilitate stronger connections and input on strategy with highlighted target universities/schools through coordination with the outreach team and Early Careers team to ensure candidates engage with UKAEA throughout their studies. This role will contribute to the review and development of Early Careers recruitment processes and procedures to ensure efficiency, compliance and fairness is continually improved. In addition, this role will be responsible for seeking continuous feedback from the business with regards to the implementation and suggestions of new Early Careers Resourcing solutions
