Position Overview Own and execute ZURU’s early careers programme end-to-end across New Zealand and Australia, ensuring we attract, select, and develop the right talent for ZURU. This role is focused on delivering a world-class early careers experience that reflects ZURU’s culture of ownership, performance, and compounding improvement, while building strong, ongoing relationships with universities and talent pipelines. Our global FMCG brands include MONDAY Haircare, Rascals, NOOD, BONKERS, and Gumi Yum Surprise.   Position Impact – This role is critical to building ZURU’s future talent pipeline (those who will create our future) by delivering a high-impact early careers programme that consistently attracts and develops top talent. You will ensure every stage of the candidate journey, from attraction to conversion, is intentional, high quality, and continuously improving. By strengthening university partnerships and refining our selection and programme experience, you will directly influence the quality of talent entering ZURU and their long-term success within the business.   How you’ll help us grow Own and execute ZURU’s end-to-end internship and early careers programme, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience across all stages Build and maintain strong, year-round relationships with universities, student groups, and key partners to position ZURU as an employer of choice for students Proactively identify and create new opportunities to engage with top early career talent (events, talks, competitions, partnerships) Lead the annual internship recruitment campaign, including planning, timelines, stakeholder alignment, and execution Manage the full recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offers, ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience Continuously evaluate and improve selection processes to ensure we are hiring the right talent for ZURU Own pre-boarding and onboarding, ensuring interns are set up for success and immersed in ZURU’s culture of ownership and responsibility from day one Design and deliver a high-impact internship experience, including programme structure, check ins, learning opportunities and feedback loops Manage offboarding and conversion processes, supporting hiring decisions and ensuring a strong pipeline into full-time roles Coach and support managers of interns to ensure consistent and high-quality leadership Support ad-hoc graduate and internship hiring needs throughout the year by maintaining strong talent pipelines Partner with the Australia team to support and align early careers programmes across regions Support broader employer branding initiatives throughout the business   What You Bring To ZURU 2–4 years’ experience in early careers or campus recruitment Proven ability to manage end-to-end programmes or projects with strong attention to detail and execution Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels A passion for early careers and building meaningful candidate experiences An entrepreneurial and compounding improvement mindset with the ability to analyse, refine, and elevate processes over time   LIFE@ZURU ZURU is on a quest to reimagine tomorrow.
