What You Will Do

Analyze Financials Review clients’ financial documents and credit profiles to help determine loan eligibility. You will learn to assess income, assets, and credit with accuracy and confidence.
Support Clients and Partners Communicate with borrowers, real estate agents, and other stakeholders to keep deals moving. You will serve as a clear, reliable point of contact.
Manage Your Pipeline Use our internal systems to manage a pipeline of loans from start to finish. You will track milestones, spot issues early, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
Lead a Mini-Team You will manage one or more virtual assistants. This means coordinating their work, giving direction, and building early leadership experience.
Learn and Execute You will learn the mortgage business quickly, handle real deadlines, and juggle multiple responsibilities. The pace is fast, the expectations are high, and the learning curve is steep.

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree required. GPA of 3.25 or higher preferred. We welcome all majors and especially value strong thinkers from liberal arts backgrounds.
• 0 to 3 years of work experience. We look for jobs or roles that show grit and accountability, including restaurant work, retail, customer service, leadership, or internships with real responsibility.
• You can write a clear email, explain complex ideas simply, and represent the team professionally in all interactions.
