Mellon Technologies , on behalf of a leading energy provider, is seeking an e-Mobility Product Services Specialist to join the team at their premises in Athens.

The e-Mobility Product & Services Specialist will support the definition, development, and delivery of e-mobility products and services in PPC blue across all regions of operation.

Working closely with cross-functional teams, the e-Mobility Product Specialist ensures that business needs are accurately translated into functional specifications and that project milestones are met in line with quality, time, and scope objectives. This position requires strong analytical and communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare clear and comprehensive Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) to support product development.
  • Coordinate and track project progress across all phases — ideation, development, testing, and go-live.
  • Collaborate with technical, operational, and commercial teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
  • Support product testing, validation, and readiness activities before launch.
  • Monitor post-launch performance and contribute to continuous product improvement initiatives.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and updates for management and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or project coordination — ideally within the e-mobility, energy, or technology sectors.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills in English.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and digital product development processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience with project management or product tracking tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow) is a plus.
