E-Mail Marketing Operations Analyst (Part-Time)

We are looking for an Email Marketing Operations Specialist (Part-Time, 4 hours per day) who can execute, manage, and optimize our email marketing campaigns and nurturing workflows. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically inclined, and comfortable working with marketing automation platforms to ensure campaigns are deployed accurately and perform effectively.
Your tasks:
- Build and send email campaigns using predefined templates and provided copy.
- Maintain and update nurturing sequences to ensure they remain accurate and relevant.
- Manage audience segmentation in collaboration with Demand Generation and sales operations teams.
- Ensure proper setup of campaigns, including links, formatting, and tracking parameters.
- Monitor campaign performance and nurturing flows.
- Report on key email metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions
- Identify and flag inconsistencies, errors, or improvement opportunities in campaigns.
- Support ongoing optimization of email workflows and automation processes.
The ideal candidate:
- Has experience working with email marketing platforms such as ActiveCampaign and/or HubSpot.
- Has previous experience in email marketing, marketing operations, or a related role.
- Is highly detail-oriented and able to follow structured processes accurately.
- Has a basic understanding of email marketing metrics and performance analysis.
- Is comfortable working with data, segmentation and marketing automation tools.
- Demonstrates curiosity and willingness to learn and improve technical skills.
- Can work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Demand Gen, Sales Ops).
- Is organized and capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
