Our client, the European Union Agency for Law Enforcement Training (CEPOL), is an agency of the European Union dedicated to developing, implementing and coordinating training for law enforcement officials. The Centre is located in Budapest, Hungary. Civitta is providing temporary staffing services to the agency.
E-Learning Assistant
As an E-Learning Assistant at CEPOL, you will provide technical and administrative support to the CEPOL EU Training HUB – Training Centre. Working under the supervision of the Training Centre Coordinator and Officers, you will support the implementation, administration, and follow-up of webinars and online training activities, contributing to the effective delivery of CEPOL’s training portfolio.
You will:
Provide technical support for the implementation of webinars, including testing, live delivery, and post-event follow-up
Support content experts during webinar delivery and carry out basic video editing and evaluation activities
Assist with the administration of webinars and the management of the recorded webinar portfolio
Manage user access and participation in webinars and related platforms
Provide ad hoc support for online courses with live sessions, including session setup, invitations, technical testing, and moderation
Maintain and update training-related information in internal systems and platforms, including the learning management system
Support data collection and administrative reporting related to e-learning activities
Requirements:
University degree of at least 3 years of study
At least 3 years of relevant professional experience
Experience in organising and implementing webinars and online training events
Experience working with the Moodle learning management system
Excellent command of English (B2 level or higher)
Strong organisational, administrative, communication, and teamwork skills
Benefits:
Full-time temporary role from February 2026 until 31 December 2026
Salary: EUR 2,352.88 gross per month
