  • Continuously updating and improving the digital interface and available services based on guest preferences and feedback.

Requirements

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous experience in a guest services role, preferably in a luxury hospitality setting.
  • Strong digital communication skills with proficiency in various online messaging platforms and social media.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to listen to and respond appropriately to guest needs.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple inquiries simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to guest service.
