Salla is seeking an E-Commerce Talent Curator to support our Tamheer program.
This role focuses on identifying, nurturing, and developing promising talent in the e-commerce sector to ensure a strong pipeline of capable professionals.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the e-commerce ecosystem, excellent communication skills, and a passion for mentoring and talent development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and identify promising candidates for the Tamheer program with potential in e-commerce roles.
- Develop and maintain relationships with candidates, mentors, and partners to support talent growth.
- Coordinate training, workshops, and development initiatives tailored to e-commerce skills.
- Monitor progress and performance of participants, providing guidance and feedback.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align talent development with industry needs.
- Assist in designing curriculum and learning paths to enhance participant skills and employability.
Requirements
- Experience in talent development, recruitment, or program coordination, preferably within e-commerce or related fields.
- Good understanding of the e-commerce industry and its skills requirements.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate programs effectively.
- Passion for mentoring, coaching, and developing emerging talent.
- Organized and proactive with strong follow-up skills.
