And we’re looking for an E-Commerce Specialist to start immediately! Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 1. Handle customer emails, texts, and phone calls (low-touch inquiries, general questions about products/process)   2. Coordinate shipping logistics - get quotes from FedEx, crating companies, communicate with shippers and customers   3. Manage inventory lifecycle - receiving from shippers, tracking, uploading to Shopify, through to delivery   4. Schedule high-touch sales calls for serious prospects   5. Communicate with auction houses regarding shipping/receiving   6. Handle order fulfillment and processing through Shopify   Qualifications: • At least 5 year experience in eCommerce, website maintenance, and related industries • Experience with content, product, and inventory management • Skills and knowledge of Shopify and FedEx or UPS or DHL express or other shipping logistics platform • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal (at least B2 levels) • Strong copywriting and editing skills • Experience with using Google Analytics for project management and reporting • Proficient in MS Office, esp.
