And we’re looking for an E-Commerce Specialist (TikTok Shop Focus) to start immediately! Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Manage TikTok shops (setup, inventory, SPS, violations, compliance) • Conduct affiliate outreach and manage Discord communities for TikTok Shop growth • Execute TikTok ads and strategy to drive sales and engagement • Support multiple e-commerce storefronts across Amazon, Walmart, and TikTok • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth marketplace operations and brand onboarding Qualifications: • Proven experience managing TikTok Shops (not for beginners) • Strong knowledge of SPS, compliance, and violation handling • Experience in affiliate outreach and community management (Discord preferred) • Skilled in TikTok ads and strategy execution • Familiarity with marketplace tools and listing systems • Strong written and verbal English communication skills for customer-facing support • Background in Amazon tools is a plus (future roles may expand to Amazon-focused tasks) Technical Requirements: • USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature • Working Webcam • Main and backup computer: at least 1.8 GHz processor with at least 4GB RAM • Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps wired connection • Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps Benefits: • Health Insurance (HMO) • Performance Incentives • Job Security and Stability • Paid Training • Inclusive Culture • Upskilling Opportunities • 100% Work-From-Home • Exceptionally Supportive Team • Opportunities for Career Growth • Fun Work Environment • Holiday & Overtime Pay Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST (Pacific Time) Location: This is a remote job Salary Package: ₱45,000 – ₱50,000 Please note: • Amounts stated are subject to change based on final review and agreement. • Only qualified candidates will be invited to take the assessment & scheduled for an interview. • We have other vacancies that might interest your friends & colleagues.
