Drive the enhancement of product data and digital content alongside external partners, optimizing the digital customer experience through continuous improvement.
- Collect and confirm parts data from diverse internal and external sources, ensuring data integrity, consistency, and readiness for digital distribution.
- Review and verify high‑quality product imagery to ensure every asset is aligned with corresponding parts data for smooth product identification.
- Collaborate with external content partners to deliver professional image conversions and support a steady pipeline of production‑ready visual assets.
- Upload, manage, and optimise all product information and images within the organisation’s central source‑of‑truth and digital catalogue ecosystem, supporting scalability and operational efficiency.
- Drive continuous improvement, using customer insights and e‑commerce feedback to enhance catalogue usability, streamline product presentation, and elevate the overall digital customer experience.
- Experience with product data, digital content, or online catalogues (junior/internship experience welcome).
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; basic understanding of databases and digital asset/imagery standards.
- Working knowledge of Python for data preparation or simple automation; familiarity with PIM/CMS is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, continuous‑improvement mindset, and very good interpersonal/team‑oriented skills.
- Very good English, both written and spoken.
