E-commerce Operations Executive (6 - 12 month's contract)

Principal Accountabilities:
Ensure smooth daily operations, maintain store performance rating high and ensure data accuracy, monitoring and timely reporting.

  • Create & Monitor daily order fulfilment
  • Upload/Maintain new product listing
  • Assist in GWP enrollment
  • Help monitor if promotions are up and running
  • Examine promotions after creation to ensure that it was set up correctly
  • Responsible for stock replenishment on all channels
  • Monitor order status on all Marketplaces once shipped out
  • Responsible for claims filing and monitor claims status
  • Participate in onboarding process, Sellercenter account creation and customer mapping
  • Sending of accurate and timely data for sales reporting, order processing, promotion accruals, returns and refunds etc.
  • Liaising with warehouse and platforms on order pickup and other order concerns
  • Liaising with finance on any payment discrepancies
  • Help resolve any customer complaints
  • Weekly returns monitoring and process cancelled orders
  • Submit billings to finance
  • Maintain high store performance ratings
  • Continuously improve processes and practices

Requirements

Education/Experience :

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in managing e-commerce operations, across marketplaces
  • Mandarin skill is preferred
  • Critical-thinking and interpersonal skills
  • Strong communication and problem solving skills
  • Highly proficient in MS Exce
  • Self-starter, and can work under pressure
  • Highly detail oriented
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and execute under tight deadlines
  • Ability to work independently
