The E-commerce Marketplace Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing our product listings across multiple online marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, Walmart, and others. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketplace algorithms, SEO, and digital marketing to drive sales and improve our marketplace performance. We are seeking a new team member who will be working Fully Onsite, in-person out of our Dania Beach, FL facility.  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize product listings on various e-commerce marketplaces.
  • Monitor and analyze marketplace performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase product visibility and sales.
  • Coordinate with the inventory and logistics teams to ensure accurate stock levels.
  • Handle customer inquiries, reviews, and feedback to maintain a positive seller reputation.
  • Stay updated on marketplace policies, trends, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to support promotional campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing e-commerce marketplace accounts (Amazon, eBay, Walmart, etc.).
  • Comprehensive Expertise in Managing 1P and 3P Amazon Marketplace Accounts
  • Strong understanding of marketplace algorithms, SEO, and PPC advertising.
  • Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of inventory management and order fulfillment processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (V lookups, Formulae etc.)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with tools such as Jungle Scout, Helium 10, or any related tool.
  • Background in digital marketing, PPC or E-commerce management for Amazon
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Nice-to-Have:

  • SAP knowledge. 
  • Basic understanding of industrial equipment. 
  • Experience running online brand promotions. 
  • Creativity in developing simple solutions for complex challenges.
