This role is responsible for the end-to-end management and development of the company’s e-commerce channels, integrating sales, marketing, and technology in line with the overall business strategy. The position focuses on building efficient e-commerce processes, driving data-based performance optimization, and coordinating cross-functional collaboration. The scope of decision-making is operational, with direct impact on business results.
YOU WILL
- Own and manage the entire e-commerce ecosystem, including online platforms and infrastructure, digital marketing and sales, logistics and payments, customer service, and data analytics
- Contribute to the creation and execution of the e-commerce growth strategy
- Analyze sales, web, and marketing performance data and make data-driven decisions to optimize results
- Build and develop online customer relationships based on purchasing behavior and customer needs, including acquiring customers through partner databases
- Collaborate closely with logistics and key internal teams to optimize order fulfillment, product category development, e-commerce channels, and conversion rates
- Lead, coordinate, and develop the e-commerce team
Requirements
YOU NEED
- Minimum 5 years of experience in e-commerce management
- Hands-on expertise with Shopify (front-end and back-office), including checkout optimization, integrations with payment systems, logistics, analytics tools, and cooperation with technical teams
- Experience working with agencies and freelancers, strong understanding of performance KPIs (ROAS, CAC, LTV, CPA, conversion rates), and the ability to scale activities based on data
- Proven experience in building brand presence across social media with a strong focus on sales performance, including collaboration with content creators and influencers
- Solid understanding of e-commerce customer experience processes (returns, complaints, reviews) and the ability to leverage customer feedback to improve conversion and loyalty
- Strong analytical and business mindset, with the ability to connect sales, marketing, and operational data into actionable insights
- High level of ownership, independence, and accountability for projects and results
- Strong collaboration skills and openness to working cross-functionally
- Experience in retail / FMCG, especially food products, is a strong advantage
