Job Summary

The Part-Time E-Commerce Manager will oversee and optimize daily operations for our Amazon and Target+ marketplaces. This role requires hands-on experience with both platforms, strong analytical skills, and the ability to implement effective strategies that increase sales, visibility, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon and Target+, including titles, bullets, descriptions, keywords, pricing, and A+ content.
  • Oversee daily marketplace operations: inventory, listing health, account notifications, and overall store performance.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and category trend evaluation to improve ranking and conversions.
  • Coordinate with fulfillment and logistics teams to ensure accurate inventory levels, fast shipping, and problem resolution.
  • Monitor and adjust advertising campaigns (Amazon PPC, Target+ ad tools) to maximize ROI.
  • Handle performance metrics, analyze sales reports, and create weekly summaries with actionable insights.
  • Manage order issues, returns, and customer concerns in alignment with platform policies.

Requirements

  • Required: Minimum 1–2 years managing both Amazon and Target+ stores (not optional).
  • Solid understanding of marketplace algorithms, listing optimization, and account health management.
  • Experience with inventory planning, basic analytics, and advertising tools.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a part-time, remote setup.
  • Experience with tools such as Helium10, Jungle Scout, or similar is a plus.
