RemoteVA is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy E-Commerce Account Manager to support the daily operations of our growing e-commerce business. If you have a sharp eye for data accuracy, enjoy solving problems, and are experienced with online marketplaces like Amazon and Walmart—this role is for you
What You'll Be Doing
-Monitor products and check for new listings across platforms (Amazon, Walmart, etc.)
-Run and analyze replenishment reports to avoid stockouts
-Investigate and troubleshoot non-selling or underperforming items
-Update item costs and ensure all product data is accurate
-Respond to customer service messages in a timely and professional manner
-Manage product listings across multiple platforms: eBay, Walmart, FBM, and more
-Track stock levels and flag inventory issues proactively
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
-Experience in e-commerce, virtual assistance, or data entry
-Familiarity with Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and related platforms
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-Excellent written communication and attention to detail
-Comfortable working night shifts and independently
-Knowledge of any of the listed tools is a big plus!
