Role

This role is responsible for variety of e-Billing operations delivered for many different offices in the Europe Region. The main area of focus is supporting daily workload and tasks related to e-Billing data maintenance and e-Billed invoices submission for serviced offices by providing best standards of customer service, and timely e-Billing operations.

As you will be supporting employees based in the UK and Ireland, your work schedule will follow UK working hours, and the UK calendar of bank holidays will apply.

Accountabilities and Responsibilities

  • Create and upload invoices in ledes and non-ledes format to client's e-billing platforms
  • Understand legal firm billing/e-billing procedures
  • Support in resolving client queries regarding e-Billing process
  • Support in day-to-day and ad hoc tasks
  • Creation of timekeepers in e-Billing portals, Submission of timekeeper’ rates and fee offers,
  • Follow-up of e-Billed unpaid invoices issues,
  • Regularly report out and discuss the statuses
  • Support in the general projects and initiatives (e-Billing routines and campaigns, preparation of e-learning training, creation of e-Billing documentation, KPI's measurement)
  • Support in generation of e-Billing reports and data analysing
  • Support in ensuring inputs received from Clients are stored in the system Working towards quality standards
  • Working towards building professional relations with Clients and Revenue Management Team Support in collaborating with Local Finance Teams
  • Following the work instructions on e-Billing process.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a law firm or other service provider on e-billing process
  • Fluency in English (C1 or higher) is essential due to international communication
  • Accuracy & attention to details
  • Analytical thinking
  • Comfortable with financial data.
