We are looking for a Dynatrace Architect with the following experience:
- 8+ years of Performance Testing and Engineering experience
- 5 years of experience in Dynatrace
- Deep technical expertise and ability to solve complex technical problems through sound, creative troubleshooting
Having Python/ReadiAPI experience is an added advantage
Job duties include:
- Good hands on experience in Real User Monitoring (RUM) and User Experience Monitoring (UEM) using Dynatrace with support and monitoring.
- Analyzing Dynatrace alerts in production system from Performance Engineering point of view and providing suggestions.
- Developing RUM scripts for client-side monitoring, expertise in creating and configuring monitoring dashboard.
- Defining SLOs and Metrics in Dynatrace
- Understanding Technical Architecture and assessment of new applications and coming up with monitoring approach
- Proactively monitoring, providing monitoring recommendations and taking ownership of monitoring activities
- Demonstrating critical thinking, strong communication skills and ability to develop strategic on-going customer relationships
- Exploring new monitoring capabilities through Proof of Concepts (POC#s) and build custom plugins application, metrics, dashboards, and alerts for monitoring approaches, if necessary, analyze the applications logs in case of any incident(s), and security threats and vulnerabilities
- Actively contributing to their peer group as well as our customer
- Identifying, recommending, and leading performance tuning and monitoring enhancement opportunities
- Analyzing production utilization and incidents patterns
- Understanding measures, business transactions, custom sensors, CPU samples etc
- Defining measures and business transactions without impacting the performance of any shared Dynatrace resource
- Creating monitoring dashboards for his IT team and the business team
- Interfacing with the Dynatrace admin team on complex issues
- Understanding incident rules and alerts and gets those defined for his application by interfacing with the admin team
- Being responsible for helping customers diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
- Managing critical customer-facing issues and facilitate communication between the customer and infrastructure teams
- Triaging, diagnosing, and resolving or escalating internal system alerts to ensure we maintain our Service Level Agreements
- Supporting application releases, ensuring the availability of monitoring during Performance Testing activities
- Creating and maintaining quality knowledge articles and helping documentation in both our internal and external facing communities to provide superior issue resolution
- Eagerly participating in provided training to advance technical skills and product knowledge
