Dynamics XRM / CRM Developer

Role: Dynamics XRM / CRM Developer

· The ideal candidate will be an experienced Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer/Analyst with .net background.

· The CRM Developer will work closely with Business Process Owners and IT resources in defining and implementing requirements specific to proposals, projects, and supporting post go-live systems.

· Experience in the entire Dynamics CRM Dynamics technology stack or CRM On-line is ideal.

· The candidate should be proficient in using Microsoft CRM Dynamics development tools.

· In addition to CRM Dynamics, the candidate will be expected to learn and support the ADX Portal that support the CRM Dynamics User Interface.

Key responsibilities include:

· Develop CRM solution to support evolving business processes; successfully manage end to end delivery of any additional functionality and/or solutions related to CRM

· Research and promote implementation of valued CRM functionality and use

· Support system integration, testing, releases, and maintenance

· Ensure CRM enhancements and modifications are properly documented

· Provide support to business, quality assurance and end-user support teams

· Develop technical solutions to meet the needs of the business, with guidance from Technical Team

· Build solutions using the most appropriate technology and approach, be it declarative configuration in applications, tools, or programming languages

· Participate in the full software development life cycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, code review, source code control, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance and improvement

· Develop integration processes using Web Services APIs and third-party integration tools

Qualifications:

· 3+ years of experience with .NET Frameworks, SQL Server Development, MS CRM Dynamics and SSRS

· Microsoft CRM Dynamics 2015 or Microsoft CRM Dynamics On-Line configuration and development skills

· .Net, C#, HTML5 and Java Script experience

· Ability to present technical Information

· Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills

· Ability to express ideas in clear and concise manner

· Ability to problem-solve and to think tactically and identify significant success factors

· Able to handle multiple tasks
